At least one author of each accepted paper must register by April 10th, 2026, to ensure its inclusion in the conference proceedings. Each registration will allow for only one paper to be published and presented.
Registration must be completed through the JOCICI payment platform: https://jocici2026.fundacionucr.org/login.php
Those who hold an active IEEE membership must verify their affiliation status prior to registration by accessing the following link: https://www.ieee.org/mv/. The inquiry can be made using either the member number or the primary email address associated with the account.
Early registration ends April 10th, 2026.
